Terms and Conditions – Print on Demand Fulfillment By using our Print on Demand (POD) services, you ("Client") agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Data Privacy and Protection We respect your privacy and the privacy of your customers. We do not collect, store, share, or use any customer data provided by the Client for any purpose beyond fulfilling the orders requested. Your customer data remains confidential and is used solely for shipping purposes. 2. Blind Shipping All orders are shipped blindly. This means: No branding, invoices, or identifying information from us will be included in any shipment. Your customer will not see our name, logo, or any contact information. 3. Thank You Cards Each order will include a non-branded thank you card. These cards are neutral and do not contain any logos or promotional content from us or third parties. 4. No Direct Customer Contact We will never contact your customers under any circumstances. All communication, support, and post-sale service must be handled directly by the Client. 5. Returns and Reshipment Policy If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will notify you. The item can be reshipped at the original purchaser’s expense. If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., production defect, wrong item), we will cover the cost of reshipment. 6. Design File Usage Design files uploaded for print production are printed exactly as provided, with no edits, enhancements, or adjustments made by our team. Automatically resized or stretched to fit the product dimensions as needed. 7. Cancellations and Refunds We do not offer refunds on canceled orders. If an order is canceled before production, a credit will be issued to the Client’s account. Prepaid account balances are non-refundable. 8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Florida. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Hernando County, Florida. 9. Limitation of Liability We assume no liability for damages, injuries, or losses from items we produce or ship. 10. Indemnification The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless our company from any claims related to products we print or ship on the Client's behalf.
